How much does it cost?
Wepage is always free. For features like a custom domain, ad removal, and access analytics, we offer premium plans starting at ¥1,100/month (tax included). See the Pricing Plans page for details.
What payment methods are available for paid plans?
Credit card only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China UnionPay. Both personal and corporate cards are accepted.
Can I use WePage without any website knowledge?
Yes. Wepage is a CMS (Content Management System) designed for those not comfortable with the internet. You can create and edit pages just like using a word processor.
Do I need to sign up for a server?
No. Wepage provides the hosting server for your website, so there’s no need for a separate server contract.
Are there any costs for acquiring or maintaining a domain?
If you use our designated domain (https://[your-choice].web.wepage.com), there are no extra costs. For a custom domain, apply for the Plus Plan or Premium Plan and we will handle registration and management.
Is my website secure?
Yes. All pages created on WePage have SSL security. Plus Plan or higher includes unauthorized login alerts for extra security.
Is the WePage system developed in-house?
Yes. WePage is fully developed in-house, so we can continually improve it to meet your needs.
Is support included?
Yes. Email support is included in all plans. Phone support (by appointment) is available with the Premium Plan.
Is it really free to use?
Yes. All basic website functions are free. For features like a custom domain, ad removal, and analytics, you can upgrade anytime.

Yes. You can register multiple email addresses, including mobile addresses, to receive notifications.
Can I request you to create my website?
Yes. We offer a production & management support plan. Pricing depends on the number of pages and other details. Contact us for more information.
Can I use my current domain?
No. Domains cannot be transferred to WePage.
Can I change my plan later?
